This blog is about my progress in English class. I want to share the activities I did and what I learned from them.

My Presentation Video

The first activity was a video presentation.

• I introduced myself in English.

• I said my name, where I study, and what I do.

• I practiced pronunciation and speaking in front of a camera.

This activity helped me to be more confident when I speak English. I learned new vocabulary and simple sentences to talk about myself.

Introductory Brochure

The second activity was to make a brochure with information about my course

• The brochure explained the Software Analysis and Development program.

• It included the duration of the program, expectations, and goals.

• I wrote in English using short descriptions and keywords.

This activity helped me to practice reading and writing in English. I learned how to use simple grammar to explain my studies.

Virtual Interview Video

The third activity was a simulation of a virtual interview in English.

• I answered basic interview questions.

• I practiced how to talk about my studies, my skills, and my goals.

• I learned how to give short and clear answers in English.

This activity helped me to improve listening and speaking in real situations. It was good practice for future job interviews.

Job Application

The fourth activity was about applying for a job.

• I prepared a cover letter for a Back-End Developer position.

• I explained my studies, skills, and experience.

• I practiced writing formal English.

This activity was important because it taught me how to communicate in professional contexts. I learned new words for job applications and how to organize information in a clear way.

Presentation About My City

The fifth activity was a presentation about the city where I live.

• I described the main places, culture, and traditions.

• I talked about why my city is special and interesting.

• I practiced how to give information about a place in English.

This activity helped me to use descriptive vocabulary and to organize a short presentation. It was also useful for connecting English with my real context.

Audio About My Academic and Work Path

The sixth activity was an audio about my academic and work context.

• I talked about my personal trajectory and future plans.

• I explained some actions and solutions for my studies and my professional life.

This activity helped me to practice speaking and organizing my ideas in English. I also practiced how to use the past, present, and future tense in one text.

Audio About Leadership and Responsibility

And the seventh activity was another audio, but shorter.

• I gave my opinion about leadership and responsibility.

• I explained how flexibility and adaptability are important in professional contexts.

This activity helped me to express my point of view in English. I learned new words about leadership, responsibility, and teamwork.
